Bromley Maps - 1915 (County)There are two annotated copies of the Bromley 1915 map available - the "Whitney" copy and the "Isekoff" copy. William Whitney was appointed county surveyor in 1918 to fill the term of Frederick Dollenberg who died on 24 Oct. It appears that William kept this position until he was soundly defeated in the 1934 election by another Frederick Dollenberg. This copy covers Plates 1-17 and includes lots of notes regarding deeds for the parcels. The Isekoff copy includes Plates 1-43 and are heavily annotated. Thomas Isekoff was an attorney who dealt in real estate. He died in 1964. |
